The only thing that i would think of is a wrist chopper(as stated before). Maybe it\'s broken and the blade got lost. I don\'t Know

I\'ve heard back from Marc. He says he doesn\'t know what it is, however the stenciling design reminds him of some sort of Disecto. Compare the photos of the two, and you can see they are similar. Maybe contact Abbotts for an answer. In the meantime, I will continue to reach out to some other collectors. Have you heard fron John?
