Recently the long-standing magic shop at Disneyland in Anaheim, California changed to be operated by Geno Munari, owner of Houdini\'s Magic Shop empire which is mostly contain in the Las Vegas area. The shop caters mostly to tourists but is always a fun place for all magician\'s to check out as they always carry a few vintage items in their store to make it look more magical and also all the items are for sale as well.

They had a nice Thayer piece of apparatus and a few items Geno had purchased from me to dress things up. I was in a bit of a hurry but the gentleman at the counter was very nice and friendly and was eager to show customers a variety of tricks.

If you pay the $72.00 for the park admission, be sure to check out the shop at Disneyland.

Looks like you had a really great time over there!
Very nice shop; wished in Italy there were many more like that one. Even the overall look is great.

Do they sell even professional equipment to everybody, or just basic tricks to the occasional tourists?

P.S. - thanks for posting the pictures, btw

It is more of a tourist shop trying to demo tricks that peak the curiosity of passing crowds. They do have a few collectibles inside to dress up the place which are for sale. Most visiting magicians would want to come in for a quick visit as it has a museum feel to it with nice displays of magic and books from a day gone by.
