I am looking into performing some shows at a retirement home. What are some things I should know before doing this. I know to call and ask them if I can, some people there are hard at hearing and , some can\'t come up to volunteer. I know probably not to do card tricks if they have to remember the cards and i know that they can\'t always do everything right. Anything else?

Ok, thanks Joe. I guess I\'ll aim for 30 minutes but shorten or lengthen the show accordingly after the first show. I also know not to be offended if someone falls asleep during the show. Thanks
