Michael Jackson Teams Up with Illusionist - Not Criss Angel or Copperfield
Michael Jackson is getting ready for his London residency and apparently has lots of theatrics planned including illusions. Jackson was in talks with David Copperfield who apparently wanted $1 million per show, but this was too much for Jackson's pocketbook. It is then reported that Jackson had hired Criss Angel to perform with him in London. Now it is former"Saved by the Bell" actor and magcian, Ed Alonzo who is teaming up with Jackson.
Alonzo had helped Britney Spears put some "magic" into her Circus album tour. "I met with Michael Jackson a couple of days ago and am now officially creating magic and illusions for his concert," says Alonzo.
A source said that "Michael wants to use lots of illusions to ensure his shows are as explosive and entertaining as possible." Other reports include rumored performances by Britney Spears and also live animals in the performance. The 50 performance show by Jackson is to begin in July.
